A comprehensive debt advisory service

Later in 2022, we will be launching Spice Lending. Because borrowing can take many forms, we aim to provide an effective, structured and fully client-facing concierge service to match you to the most appropriate brokers or lenders based on your needs and circumstances. We will also support you to help to make the process as painless as possible.

Mortgages and Equity Release

You may be looking to purchase a main home or an investment property, either in the UK, Singapore, mainland Europe, Australia or elsewhere in the world. Equally, you may be looking to secure an in-principle lending arrangement for an off-plan property. Or, you may be looking to secure some equity release. Whatever your residential property requirements are, our network of brokers and lenders are usually able to assist and obtain the most competitive mortgage deals available.

Bridging Finance

Occasionally it becomes necessary to secure short term finance for specific transactions and projects. Bridging finance is available for expatriate borrowers through a number of the brokers and lenders we work with.

Business Borrowing

Our network of lenders and brokers can also provide finance for business expansion, acquisition and M&A transactions. As we sit independently of all providers, we can match your specific needs to best in class lenders and will work with you and then to manage the process.

Specialist Lending

Our specialist team has experience in helping clients to find finance for specialist asset classes such as yachts, collectibles, fine wine, jets and other more personalised assets. Working in conjunction with Spice Lifestyle we can also connect you to a range of specialist subject matter experts.

Commercial Property

Whilst a specialist area, borrowing for commercial property acquisition and equity release is easily achievable both in respect of Singapore and UK projects and our specialist brokers are usually able to assist.

Lombard Lending

Where you have a portfolio of investments and securities it is usually possible to borrow against these in order to release funds for any purpose. Not all banks and financial advisers offer this service and whilst this type of borrowing is typically made available only to the clients of Private Banks, there are a number of providers who will allow you to borrow against your portfolio. Whether you wish to leverage on your portfolio to buy property, re-invest into the market or just to release cash for other reasons, Lombard lending provides an interesting alternative to mortgage, equity release and personal loans.

Debt Consolidation and Counselling

We typically find that British expatriates have a variety of debt and banking relationships. We can provide advice on debt consolidation and link you with providers who can rationalise your overall borrowings, bring the costs down and help to make unsecured and credit card debt more manageable.
